Rolling shutter correction helps reduce distortion where vertical lines bend or wobble when the camera moves.

iPhone-Only Footage

For iPhone-only footage, the rolling shutter effect is relatively small, so it is usually okay to leave rolling shutter correction unset at first.

If vertical lines, building edges, or shelves wobble unnaturally, adjust rolling shutter correction in Gyroflow Desktop.

What To Check

  • Building edges
  • Door frames
  • Shelves
  • Poles
  • Distortion near the edge of the frame

If the value is too strong, the image can look less natural. Adjust it on a short clip first.
